How far in advance should i book my Wedding Flowers?
I recommend booking as early as possible between 10-18 months in advance, especially for peak wedding seasons (Summer time)
This will ensure your date is secured with me so i can create something truly special for your day.
How do i secure my date?
Your date will be secured once a booking fee is paid (diary deposit) but until then your date remains open and could be booked up by another couple.
Is there a minimum spend?
Not really, i can cater for just small Weddings whether just a Bridal Bouquet and some Buttonholes to something along the bigger scale
Can i request specific Flowers?
Yes you are very welcome to share with me your favourite Flowers and where possible i will try my best to include them if in season at the time of your Wedding i may suggest alternatives that achieves the same look and feel.
Do you offer Consultations?
Yes! Consultations are ideal whether in person, email or phone to discuss your vision. colour palette and the style of your Wedding.
If needed do you offer a full setup and styling?
Yes i take care of delivery, set up if needed on the day so you do not need to worry about a thing.
Do you travel for Weddings?
I can travel within a reasonable distance but if you talking up North for example then no sorry, i will go as far as Bath/Somerset or on the outskirts of Bristol depending if it's cost worthy.
When is the final payment due?
Final balance is 3 weeks prior, i will confirm details with you before this point.
Can i make changes to my order?
Yes, as i understand plans evolve, so changes can be made but ideally no later then 6 weeks before.
What happens if i need to cancel or postpone?
Life happens i will always try to accommodate where possible.
Your booking fee is Non-refundable but if you need to postpone i will do my best to transfer your booking to a new date (subject to availability)
