Experience
How far do you travel?
Typically we are happy to cover 4 hours total driving to and from events. Any more than this we add a fuel surcharge of 50p per mile. We are Based on the south coast on the Dorset Devon border.
If you are having a wedding in mainland Europe, we do cover this however full travel and any accommodation must be covered for one of the team.
How long does it take to Set up/ Break down?
Depending on how close we can get the van to the set up location.
The standard course takes on average 90 minutes to fully set up.
The Premium course takes on average 2 hours to fully set up
To break down the standard course, this takes approximately 45 minutes to be removed.
To break down the premium course, this takes approximately 1 hour to be removed.
Do you need a supplier meal?
Not at all, however this is always welcome. Sometimes just a beer is enough for us.
What do you wear at the wedding events?
We have a small branded blue shirt and we will wear trousers to most events (If its over 25 degrees we may wear smart shorts) We also have branded fleeces if its a bit colder and if the rain comes we have smart branded jackets to fit the feel of a wedding.
What does the host do? Why are they there for the duration?
Arrives with the course.
Fully sets up the course with no distraction to the wedding day.
Hosts and creates an atmosphere with all the guests.
Can be bribed with sweets to help people get to the top of the leader board.
