Mulberry Events is a family-run wedding styling business based at our barn showroom in Battle, East Sussex. We bring together flowers, fabrics, lighting and carefully chosen details to create a setting that feels like you.
Your visit to the showroom is where it starts to take shape. Sit down with one of our stylists, explore colours and textures, and see a guest table dressed with your choices. We can swap a napkin, try a different centrepiece or soften the look with candlelight until everything sits comfortably together. Come with a folder full of ideas or no idea where to begin; both are welcome.
Our collection includes realistic faux florals, ceremony arches, statement trees, table centrepieces, lanterns and candles, alongside linens, napkins, charger plates and chair styling. We also create room and ceiling draping, illuminated backdrops and larger installations that change the feel of a space. Finishing touches such as signage, postboxes, illuminated letters, candy carts and garden games can be woven into the overall design.
We work regularly at The Ravenswood and Highley Manor, and also style weddings at Tottington Manor and Bannatyne’s in Hastings. We welcome enquiries across Kent, East Sussex and West Sussex, with availability and the service offered confirmed for your venue. That practical knowledge matters: where a statement piece will have the most impact, how the tables work together, and what needs to happen behind the scenes to have everything ready.
For our full styling service, our team takes care of delivery, installation, dismantling and collection. We agree the details with you beforehand and coordinate access with your venue, leaving you free to enjoy the morning of your wedding.

Can we see our wedding styling before the day?
Yes. At our Battle showroom, you can work with a stylist to dress a guest table using your chosen linens, napkins, charger plates and centrepieces. Seeing the pieces together makes it much easier to decide what you love and what you would like to change.
How would you describe your style?
Thoughtful, romantic, personal, balanced and detailed. We enjoy creating different looks, from soft greenery and candlelight to fuller florals and dramatic draping. The starting point is always you and your venue.
What makes Mulberry different?
Our showroom gives you the chance to try your ideas properly, with a stylist beside you. Behind it is a practical team who understand the work involved in installing the finished design. We care just as much about how everything is set up as how it looks in a photograph.
What if we do not know where to start?
You do not need a finished plan before you visit. Bring your venue details, an idea of your budget and any pictures you like. We can explore colours, fabrics and arrangements together, and help you decide which details matter most to you.
Do you use fresh or faux flowers?
Our floral collection uses realistic faux flowers and greenery. We can bring your chosen colours into centrepieces, arches and larger displays, with coordinating pieces for different parts of the day. We will show you the flowers in person at the showroom so you can judge their look and finish for yourselves.
How does the booking process work?
Send us your wedding date and venue so we can check availability and arrange a showroom consultation. We will discuss your ideas and budget, try styling combinations and send an itemised quotation. Once you are happy to book, a £100 deposit secures your date. This is held as your refundable damage deposit and returned after your wedding, provided all items are returned in full and undamaged. The final balance is due 30 days before your wedding.

We work at The Ravenswood, Highley Manor, Tottington Manor and Bannatyne’s in Hastings. We also welcome enquiries from venues across Kent, East Sussex and West Sussex. Send us your venue and wedding date so we can confirm availability and the service we can offer at your location.
Do you install and collect the decorations?
Our full styling service includes delivery, installation, dismantling and collection. We agree the arrangements with you and coordinate access with your venue. This means the decorating is taken care of while you enjoy getting ready.
Can you help us work within a budget?
Yes. Tell us what you would like to spend and which parts of the day matter most to you. We can compare options and suggest where a few well-chosen pieces will make the greatest difference. Your itemised quotation makes it clear what is included.
How do we visit the showroom?
Our showroom is at Sussex Barn, Beech Farm, North Trade Road, Battle, East Sussex, TN33 0HN. Visits are by appointment only. Contact us with your wedding date and venue to arrange a time, and we will help you plan your visit.
