Description

Weston Manor Hotel is a historic grade II* Manor House, set in 12 acres of picturesque grounds and gardens. Fully licensed to conduct civil ceremonies, both outside and inside, you can choose from four beautiful locations to exchange your vows. With the capacity for up to 110 guests inside for a wedding breakfast, or up to 300 in a marquee on our back lawn, we can cater for every celebration. We currently have 34 luxurious bedrooms and suites split across two houses, the Main House and the Coach House. With room for up to 69 guests to stay, you can relax and enjoy getting ready for your wedding with your friends and family around you. Having been newly refurbished the hotel offers an historic building with a luxury modern twist.

At Weston Manor, our wedding packages are thoughtfully designed to provide everything you need for a seamless and memorable celebration. Based on 60 guests, each of our packages includes a carefully curated selection of essentials to ensure your day flows beautifully from start to finish. As a minimum, every package includes exclusive function room hire, along with a reception drink for each guest on arrival to begin your celebrations in style. Your guests will also enjoy a selection of two canapés per person, followed by a delicious three-course wedding breakfast. To complement your meal, bottled mineral water and half a bottle of house wine per guest are included, along with a toast drink to mark those special moments. As the evening continues, an evening buffet is provided to keep everyone refreshed and celebrating. And of course, to complete your day, we include a complimentary bridal suite for the newlyweds Each package varies based on price

Our September wedding at Weston Manor was perfect. Marak and Emma were helpful and supportive, guiding us through the planning process. Their expertise and attention to detail were evident. On the day of our wedding, the staff at Weston Manor exceeded all expectations. They were attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. From the elegant table settings to the impeccable service, every detail was flawless. The venue itself is beautiful. The stunning grounds provided the perfect backdrop for our outdoor ceremony, while the historic manor house offered a charming setting for our reception. The food and drink was absolutely delicious. The bar staff were excellent, and even made custom 'his' and 'hers' cocktails which were a huge hit with our guests! We were so impressed with the recommended DJ, Paul. He created an incredible atmosphere. The accommodation at the Manor House and Coach House was comfortable, stylish, and perfect for our guests. Using the Weston Manor as our wedding location was something out of this world... I felt like I was living in a fairy tail nothing was ever to much for Emma and her team and they put in every effort to make our day beautiful, the rooms are beautiful fit for royalty... The Breakfast in the morning was delicious but the wedding breakfast for was by many the best food they had ever tasted... I was truly blessed to get such a perfect location, with an amazing team from the start of booking the venue to finish with even helping me pack up the morning after THANK YOU SO MUCH TO ALL AT WESTON MANOR ❤️Using the Weston Manor as our wedding location was something out of this world... I felt like I was living in a fairy tail nothing was ever to much for Emma and her team and they put in every effort to make our day beautiful, the rooms are beautiful fit for royalty... We recently got married at The Weston Manor Hotel and from the very first visit and throughout the whole journey, we had the best experience. The whole team were great but Emma, the events manager, was an absolute star! Emma ensured that everything ran smoothly and was a lovely sounding board for a slightly stressed bride who didn't know where to start or what to do next. We really couldn't have done it with out her. The venue itself is stunning and quirky, and nothing was too much to ask. The food was an absolute highlight and the portions were great too. We had the most amazing day and are so incredibly grateful and thankful for the teams help and hard work. This is the perfect venue for a wedding to remember. We held our daughter's wedding here in June. Our first contact was Emma Watkins, the Events Manager. What a breath of fresh air. Emma and her staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Rather than trying to sell us a 'package', Emma was more interested in what we were looking for, and then proceeded to fit that into our budget. She took a personal interest in every aspect of the organisation and was always willing to offer suggestions and advice. There were 90 guests for lunch and a further 90 for the evening function. The food, the service and staff were all exceptional. The Hotel certainly made this a very special day for all of us, especially the bride and groom. We did look at four other venues prior to choosing The Manor, but we were convinced that Emma could orchestrate the very best day. We can’t thank the manor enough for all their continued support in organising our wedding stay and reception during such a challenging time. Tess and Andrew pulled out all the stops to make it a great celebration and constantly kept us up to date with government restrictions followed by flexible ideas to keep everyone safe. Always quick to reply to emails, a phone call away when we needed and meetings to keep us all in the loop. The special day went so smoothly and all our guests thoroughly enjoyed their stay. It was so nice to feel a little normality in such strange times. We can’t wait to go back and stay at the manor. We are also looking to do our big reception here when things improve with the pandemic.We can’t thank the manor enough for all their continued support in organising our wedding stay and reception during such a challenging time. We had our wedding at The Manor on 05/09/20 and it could not have gone better. Andrew and Tess are amazing! Thank you so much for all of your help with ensuring the venue was perfect, speaking with the registrars, bringing me prosecco to calm my nerves and even sorting out the train of my dress! Nothing was too much trouble and we felt really special. We are extremely appreciative and could not have asked for a better day, so for that, we are forever grateful. Our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was and we cannot wait to see it all finished next year, it is going to be amazing!!! You really helped to make our day perfect (and took lots of stress away from me!) and we can't wait to do it all again in May on a much bigger scale. Do you offer Exclusive Use

Yes we offer exclusive use of the venue. The cost for this is £8,000.00. Accommodation is charged in addition

Does accommodation have to be booked to host our wedding

A minimum of the main house rooms (15 Rooms) are required to be booked for evening entertainment to take place. Entertainment is permitted up until midnight.

How long can we provisionally hold a date and what would the next step be?

A date can be provisionally held for up to 14 days with no obligation. This would give you the opportunity to visit the hotel for a tour and then discuss.

To secure your wedding a deposit would then be required.

Is there a fee for ceremony setup?

Yes, a cost of £450.00 would apply for a ceremony setup whether this be in the Secret garden or the Barons Hall.

Do you offer dry hire of the venue? Do you host marquee weddings?

Yes we have a number of locations within the grounds for a marquee for up to 400 guests.

Dry hire is available at the hotel.

What is the maximum number of guests allowed for an evening reception?

A maximum of 160 guests internally, however up to 400 in a marquee

What is the maximum capacity for the sit-down wedding breakfast?

The Barons Hall has a maximum capacity of 70 guests, however by using the inter-connecting Lavender room this allows you to go up to 110 guests

Are we allowed to provide our own decorations and entertainment?

Yes of course. We do have recommended suppliers and have our own in-house DJ, but it is your day and you have the choice

How do we book the registrar for the ceremony?

This is booked directly with Oxfordshire registrars by the happy couple.

We are having a smaller more intimate wedding and do not have 60 guests, can we still use Weston Manor Hotel?

Yes of course you can, we can build a custom package to meet your individual requirements for you special day.
