What an incredible experience and day. Throughout all the cancellations we had to face the service and support we got from Harriet on the wedding team (and the reservations team when people changed bookings) was absolutely first class. We had so much to deal with each time but Harriet made it easier every single time by being incredibly helpful and understanding. On the day itself everything was perfect. The set up was perfect and the service from all staff was again excellent. Harriet assisting Sam was again greatly appreciated and really helpful. And a massive thank you to Stephane who was fantastic at keeping things moving and keeping everyone and everything on point. He was a pleasure to have around. I wanted you to have an email directly to know the tremendous job that all your team did, who represented the hotel at the highest standard. We have had multiple guests provide the same feedback about the high level of service provided and how excellent the day was. Travel Notes
BY ROAD
The A30 runs from Exeter to Penzance. At Lelant just west of Hayle take the A3074 to St. Ives. Immediately after Carbis Bay watch for the Tregenna Castle signs on the left hand side. The main entrance to the Estate is on the left.
BY RAIL
Regular Intercity Services to Penzance stop at St. Erth station, and from there a frequent local service runs along the 3 mile scenic branchline to St. Ives.
BY AIR
Regular Flights from Stansted to Newquay Airport operate with only 40 minutes flying time.
