With a cascading staircase, stunning banqueting room, exquisite ceremony rooms, and its own private chapel, you will be sure to fall in love with the memories for years to come.
The bar is the perfect place to relax with your favourite people around the events of the big day and come the evening the atmosphere of the glamorous ballroom will be sure to get the party started. When it comes to the end of the day this English country house has 35 unique and stylish bedrooms to make your guests feel extra special, ensuring the perfect end to a perfect day. The Priory is glorious in every season ,whether you are working with autumnal colours; delightful blue skies of a British summer or the magic brought to the Priory by a winter wonderland , your wedding should perfectly reflect you; make you feel joyful, relaxed, and most importantly totally yourself. Myself and our 'family' (or team as other venues might refer to them) work with you to deliver your dream wedding.

Venue hire changes from Peak to Off-Peak seasons, and also Midweek to Weekend. Venue hire is INCLUSIVE of all 35 bedrooms.

We accommodate single day hire or ideally multi-day hire to bring together all your favourite people under one roof.
- One night, checking in from 8am the day of the wedding, checking out by 11am the day after.
- Two night, checking in from 3pm the day before, checking out by 11am the day after.
- Three night, checking in 3pm the day before, checking out by 11am following an additional nights stay, so there's time for an 'after party celebration'.
Food & Beverage is then an additional charge, arranged directly with our preferred caterers, and drinks collections arranged directly with the venue.

Thicket Priory was the venue for our wedding in April and honestly it was the such a special place to get married…the chapel, ballroom, grounds, & accommodation offered so much for us with numbers in excess of 100 guests. We also stayed the night before our wedding, making the most of an exceptional venue. Additionally, the staff were all amazing in ensuring every guest had the best day possible. Becks was our wedding planner and we cannot stress how brilliant she was in ensuring everything went to plan. She was so attentive from our first meeting and made it an easy decision to choose Thicket Priory with it being the only place we could see ourselves getting married. The biggest compliment we can pay is to say that so many guests commented on the venue, saying how stunning it was. We were blessed with great weather but we are certain that even without this, the day would have still been just as good.
