Yes, we have a free on-site car park available for you and your guests, making it easy for everyone to arrive and enjoy the celebrations.
Guests are welcome to leave their vehicles in our car park during the event, and our convenient location ensures easy access for both local and travelling guests.

Can You Cater for Dietary Requirements and Allergies?
Absolutely. We understand the importance of ensuring all of your guests can enjoy their meal safely and comfortably.
We are happy to cater for a wide range of dietary requirements, allergies, and lifestyle preferences, and our team will work closely with you throughout the planning process to discuss any specific needs. Whether your guests have food allergies, intolerances, or require vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or other specialist options, we will do our best to accommodate them.
Do you offer Twilight Weddings
Yes, we do! A Twilight Wedding is a later start wedding, with the ceremony typically taking place from around 4:00pm onwards. It's the perfect option for couples who want to focus on an evening celebration with family and friends, while still enjoying all the special moments of their wedding day.
We are currently able to offer Twilight Weddings for 2027 dates, subject to availability. As every wedding is unique, we would encourage you to get in touch with our wedding team to discuss your plans and learn more about the options available.
Do you allow fireworks, Chinese lanterns or sparklers
Unfortunately, we are unable to allow fireworks, Chinese lanterns, or sparklers at The Roundhouse.
As the venue features a traditional thatched roof, the safety of our guests, venue, and surrounding area is our highest priority. We are also situated close to residential properties and farmland, where naked flames and airborne lanterns could pose a risk.
Is Confetti Allowed?
Yes, confetti is welcome at The Roundhouse. We kindly ask that only biodegradable confetti is used to help protect our beautiful surroundings and ensure the venue remains looking its best for all of our couples.
Our wedding team will be happy to advise on the best areas for your confetti moment, helping you create those perfect celebration photographs with your family and friends.
How Many Guests Can The Roundhouse Accommodate?
The Roundhouse can accommodate up to 140 guests during the daytime celebrations. For the evening reception, we are able to welcome additional guests, allowing you to celebrate with an even larger group of family and friends.
