For those seeking a unique touch, the blossoming Rose Garden, surrounded by scented flowers, offers a stunning outdoor ceremony option. The dedicated Wedding Coordinators ensure a seamless experience throughout the wedding planning process, guiding couples from the initial contact to the big day.

*Minimum of 80 adult day guests on a Friday, Saturday & Sundays (2026 & 2027). Minimum requirement of 60 adults on all other days.

After some more searching, we made an appointment and met up with Gabby who is one of the coordinators. She met us, showed us around, and discussed all the options. There was no hidden costs, everything was clearly laid out, and we knew what we could do. We didn't even need to look anywhere else - Sandburn was for us. After booking our big day, Katrina was allocated to us as our coordinator. She was so polite, friendly, personable, and professional. Every question we had quickly had an answer. The big day came, and she made sure it was a well-oiled machine. Everything was in place, and her team worked seamlessly behind the scenes. We are so very grateful to everyone at Sandburn for their exceptional execution of our happy day. Not one problem arose, and we highly recommend the venue to anyone who wishes to have their big day there too. We cannot thank her enough for making us feel so special and ensuring our day went perfectly - which it absolutely did!! A few people had said to us they usually feel hungry after a wedding breakfast but people were full!! So that says it all! And a lot of family and friends from all over the UK and abroad have said they will be visiting again as the hotel and venue was simply “stunning”. Katrina made everything effortless and so easy! I didn’t have any stress leading up to the wedding and felt totally supported leading up and throughout the wedding day!Everyone said the food was stunning! Portions were huge! The care, professionalism and personalisation they put in to their role to make our day as perfect as can do was second to non.
