Description
Kindred is available for Wedding hire for up to 230 guests: a Grade II listed Baroque building in Hammersmith, two minutes’ walk from Hammersmith tube. Seated numbers depend on the layout, which we plan around your event. A full takeover gives you all three floors of Bradmore House, four distinctive spaces, two bars and a first-floor outdoor balcony.
On the first floor, The Hall seats 120 or holds 150 standing, with high arched windows, an open fireplace, a fully equipped stage and its own bar. Upstairs, The Library seats 45 among floor-to-ceiling books, the Salon Bar pours cocktails beneath deep red walls, and the Butterwick Room seats 16 around an oval table, with original features from the 1700s.
Our in-house team runs the food, drink and the event on the night, with seasonal British menus, organic wines from small family-run vineyards and vegan, gluten-free and halal options.
The Hall has an Epson 4K projector, a DMX lighting rig, a Yamaha digital mixing desk, microphones and CDJs, with modern AV in every room. Extensions to midnight or 2am are available. A lift serves every floor, there’s a supplier loading bay, and our team takes care of everything, so you and your guests simply show up and enjoy.

The who process was amazing (with a HUGE thank you to Sara for being so organised). We worked with Kindred to create exactly what we wanted - we didn't want to usual process, and they were so open to everything. The space made for a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We ran all of the day at the venue and the turnarounds on the rooms were fantastic, there is a beautiful bar upstairs and a lovely church opposite if you want some different photos. If food & drink are important to you, then this is a brilliant location for you. I have NEVER had food this good at a wedding or any mass catering event. So many of our guests commented on the brilliant food, the flowing drinks and the really friendly staff. The team took the whole event in their stride and meant it was a stress free day of fun, love and joy! For just under 80 people it was perfect and I would recommend again and again...We held our Wedding at Kindred in September 2024 and I couldn't recommend enough! We had the best time - everything went so smoothly, we’ve had tonnes of compliments on the food, and the AV set up for the band was excellent. Most importantly, all the staff were so friendly and really went above and beyond to make the day special. From the lady who held my friend’s baby when she had to do a reading, to the one who was taking tonnes of photos on the disposables so we’d have lots of keepsakes. We just wanted to say an absolutely massive thank you for Saturday. Travel Notes
Located just outside of Hammersmith Tube Station.
If you arrive via Piccadilly or District Line then exit the platform and turn left, straight passed Tesco Express and Costa, you will then find the exit to Kindred straight infront of you.
If you are arriving via Hammersmith and City Line then once you have exited the station you will need to cross the road into The Broadway and walk straight forward until you reach Tesco Express, where you turn right and passed Costa and then the exit for Kindred will be straight ahead of you.
If you drive, please check local parking options as we do not have parking associated to the building.
