The Manor House features beautifully designed bedrooms accommodating up to 22 guests, with an additional two guests housed in the annex, ideal for staff or a nanny. Each room is individually styled, blending contemporary comfort with the house’s timeless classical charm.

What is the Venue capacity?
The house offers overnight accommodation for up to 22 guests, set across 12 beautifully appointed bedrooms. For the wedding ceremony and wedding breakfast, the venue can host up to 150 guests, providing a wonderfully spacious setting for your celebration.
Is a wedding planner included within the package?
A dedicated wedding planner is not included; however, all weddings at Coombe End Manor are required to appoint a professional planner from the outset of the planning process. You are very welcome to appoint your own planner.
Where do the ceremony and wedding breakfast take place?
All weddings require a marquee for the wedding breakfast and evening reception, allowing the celebration to be styled entirely to your vision. We are currently creating a beautiful amphitheatre within the grounds, designed to host wedding ceremonies, with our elegant lawns also available as a stunning alternative. We always recommend working closely with your wedding planner to curate a considered wet-weather option, ensuring your day feels seamless and beautifully planned, whatever the British weather may bring.
What time can we party until?
The celebration can continue into the early hours, with dancing until 1.00am and last orders served at 12.30am. We kindly ask that carriages for guests not staying at the house depart by 1.00am.
When can we check-in/check-out?
Check-in is from 3pm, and check-out is at 10am with all guests to be departed by 11am.
Can we use the pool and spa?
Coombe End Manor’s private House Spa offers a tranquil sanctuary for relaxation before and after your celebration.
Nestled within the gardens, the spa includes a relaxation room and two therapy rooms offering massages, facials and bespoke body rituals using Verden’s organic products. The 16-metre outdoor swimming pool, heated year-round, provides the perfect place for gentle laps or relaxed afternoons while enjoying sweeping views across the Cotswold hills. Completing the experience is the outdoor thermal suite, featuring a six-person sauna, cold plunge and hot tub, with surround sound throughout the pool and spa area.
Treatments can be arranged exclusively through our management team, with a full spa menu available upon request.
Please note that use of the pool and spa facilities is reserved for house guests only, and we are unable to accommodate pool parties or additional guests beyond the 22 guests staying at the house.
Do you allow dogs?
We welcome one well-behaved dog to stay in The Manor House, subject to an additional dog deposit of £2,000.
Do we have to use your recommended suppliers?
No, you are very welcome to source your own suppliers. We believe that choosing the right team is an integral part of creating a truly personal celebration, which is why we have thoughtfully curated a considered list of trusted suppliers for you to explore, should you wish.
Is there accommodation on site?
The House offers overnight accommodation for up to 22 guests, thoughtfully arranged across 13 bedrooms. For additional guests, there is a selection of nearby hotels, charming pubs with rooms, and holiday rentals, all located within a few miles of the house.
