We met Michelle on our first visit, and she immediately made us feel welcome and relaxed. She took the time to show us around, explain all of the packages, and offer plenty of helpful advice and guidance. Nothing ever felt rushed or pressured, and she made the entire planning process enjoyable from start to finish. Throughout the lead-up to our wedding, Michelle and the team were incredible to deal with. Every question we had and every extra detail we wanted was handled with ease, and nothing was ever too much trouble. They made the whole experience completely stress-free, which meant so much to us. On the day itself, everything was absolutely flawless. The reception area was beautiful, with lots of space for our guests to relax, mingle, and enjoy themselves. The ballroom looked stunning and was set up exactly how we had imagined it. The candles, lighting, and atmosphere created the perfect setting for our winter wedding, and the attention to detail was amazing. It truly exceeded all of our expectations. The food was outstanding and one of the biggest talking points among our guests. We received endless compliments about the quality of the meal, the service, and the professionalism of the staff. In fact, a few of our friends and family members who attended our wedding have since returned to the hotel for meals and events themselves, which says it all. What we also loved about the venue was having a dedicated wedding space of our own, separate from the main hotel, which made the entire day feel so special and private. Hotel is lovely, quite hotel, great big car park for all your guests. Wedding room has just been done up over last couple years and it is fabulous, everything you need in one room. Food is delicious. Our day was perfect from start to finish. Caroline and hotel staff were always there for us day or night, if you need anything they help you anyway they can. Caroline was amazing on the day of our wedding we did not have to worry about anything as she had it all done for us. Hotel is lovely, quite hotel, great big car park for all your guests.
