Even left a handwritten note. Thank you to the housekeeper, Agung, for the effort! The room is spacious. Breakfast was included. The spread was gd but taste-wise is so so. Not crowded. Journey to Batam City Mall, Grand & Nogoya Hill Mall are all only about 15 mins ride away. Overall, we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend.The service is impeccable.
