The staffs are polite and helpful. The standard twin room is clean with a good view (stayed at the non smoking room). Amenities quite complete. With a mini fridge and a BOLSTER! (not all hotel,expensive or not, have this item which is very important to Indonesians😁) The bathroom is clean too.They have 2 swimming pools,reguler (150 cm) and kiddies pool which are clean and nice.
