The staff is amazing, just let them know if you have a special request, and they will do everything they can to accommodate you. We stayed at a sea view suite and enjoyed its cleanliness, beautiful view, fresh red roses, and complimentary fruit and wine. The staff is amazing, and make you feel like you have a butler on call, they help with any small thing that you may need during your stay. The food is amazing, with a great spread at the buffet. Even our kids who are picky eaters have something to eat at each meal. The restaurants are also amazing.This is our second year to come to the Elounda Bay Palace Hotel. Room was very space full, jacuzzi and steam room also worked fine. Very clean , very neat. Great for families, not for hot blooded youths though. Great place. Very beautiful scenery.
