We were alone as we were early in the season but it was getting busy when we departed. Staff were excellent, accomodating and so helpful with all our needs, can't say enough about the staff there. The pool and hot tub were great as were the lounge chairs and towel supply. Areas of the hotel for just hanging out were everywhere with lots of cushions for added comfort. The room, breakfast and beach were all incredible and we loved that the staff thought about our needs before we did; for example, offering us a room for the day as we had a later flight. As soon as we arrived, our shoulders dropped when the management greeted us so warmly. Highly recommend and won't hesitate to return, bravo!The staff could not have been more charming, helping create a really special experience! We were also able to rent a car through the hotel which saved us allot of time and effort.
