First of all, Carole (and of course Johanna) is always very available, pleasant, and above all, incredibly patient. You feel that each wedding is important, and you especially have this feeling of being a little bit unique, which really makes this moment special for you. We never felt like "just another wedding," and that little extra touch delighted us. Everything was perfect, from the initial contact to the preparations and the wedding day itself. We used vendors recommended by the casino (especially the DJ/entertainment) who were able to arrange everything directly for the setup, the setup, and the flow of the evening, taking a huge weight off our shoulders (and for future brides and grooms, never neglect these kinds of details—they can truly save your sleep and reduce your stress!). As for the service, it was perfect, both at the cocktail hour and the meal: the staff were unfailingly kind, smiling, and welcoming. The cocktail hour was served perfectly on time, and the meal was served with efficient and discreet service. A special mention to Jonathan, who was always available despite everything he had to manage. The arrival of the cake was incredible. The meal and the wines were delicious, and none of our guests had any complaints about the quality of the food (thank you to the chef who arranged the side dish for us!). To top it all off, we were able to come back the next day or the day after to collect the decorations ourselves, which had been carefully set aside (this is important because it allows you to enjoy your guests the following day if you have a brunch, without having to rush back to the venue to collect everything, and this was very much appreciated!). The casino took care of the cleanup, thank you again. Like all newlyweds, we had high expectations, and they were far exceeded, whether by the organization, the venue, or the staff. We are fortunate to be able to say that everything went exactly as we had imagined, perfectly. It was flawless! The choice of the casino, because it was ours… Everything was exquisite; we felt like we were at a wedding on the French Riviera! The team did everything possible to ensure we had the most wonderful evening of our lives. Our dream wedding! Every detail… everything was taken care of. We can't thank Johanna enough for her dedication! And all those emails we exchanged… Jonathan organized our venue exactly as we had wished and perfectly accommodated last-minute changes… he's so kind! A huge thank you to the chef for creating the dishes… and for adapting to all the modifications; allergies, etc. A big thank you also to the waitresses who were so attentive to both us, the newlyweds, and our guests! Everyone was blown away!!! If we could do it all over again, we'd want the same day! If we ever have another event like this, we'll definitely return to this exceptional place! A little skeptical, thinking it would be the best day of our lives... Well, I've had to revise my opinion, and the casino greatly contributed to making it one of the most beautiful days of our lives! Firstly, a truly stunning venue that already accounts for 90% of the wedding: professionalism, attentiveness, top-notch services and cuisine at very reasonable prices. Second team, service, kitchen, Jonathan, Carole, and Johanna, who guided us throughout the preparations, were absolutely fantastic. And to illustrate how perfection lies in the details, Adeline and I also wanted to highlight the exceptional service of our waitresses during the evening.
