Ceremony and Reception Spaces
The heart of the venue is the breathtaking 19th-century Red Barn. With its soaring 50-foot ceiling and room for up to 165 seated guests, it’s ideal for a rustic yet elegant reception. For your ceremony, you have several gorgeous options:
- Exchange vows Pondside, a peaceful spot with views of the barn and lush pastures.
- Choose a romantic waterfront setting for a serene atmosphere.
- Use the historic Sheep Shed, a covered space from the 1920s, perfect for ceremonies or rehearsal dinners—rain or shine.
- For smaller gatherings, the main house offers a cozy space for cocktail receptions of up to 50 guests.

Mike, Alex, Deb, Aurora, and all the rest of the staff were incredible and really made our day into the most unforgettable day of our lives. We found the venue online and Mike and Alex were very accommodating in booking us in for a visit, and supplying us with all sorts of details for getting prepared for our wedding. There's a comprehensive excel sheet with all sorts of questions that we hadn't even considered when planning our wedding. Alex and Mike are insanely flexible with any requests you have, there wasn't a single thing that we asked for that they weren't able to do. They said at the beginning "tell us what you want and we'll make it happen" and they truly meant that. We rented the farmhouse bnb for our wedding weekend to host the wedding party, and were treated to lovely rooms, brunch and snacks, and any support we could ask for. We opted to have The Eddie do the catering in house, and Aurora and her kitchen staff gave us a plethora of options to choose from for our cocktail hour, dinner, and late night snack. The braised short rib was delicious and a sundae bar for dessert was a big hit. In the week leading up to the wedding, and they day before/day of, Deb was a LIFESAVER. She's the best. She took care of all of our decorations, made sure everything was set up just the way we wanted it, and ran a tight ship throughout the evening. We couldn't have done it without her. Just as an example of Mike and Alex's hospitality, at the end of the night we couldn't get ahold of the driver for our scheduled shuttle bus, so they offered to use their personal vehicle to get our guests home safely. Thankfully the bus showed up, but the offer was appreciated nonetheless. And inside the venue far surpassed our expectations. Mike and Alex have the most beautiful property in the entire County. They love what they do and it shows. If you are coming from Toronto, take Wooler Road exit and follow Loyalist Parkway through Wellington and we are located on your left side a few KM's past the town.
If you are coming from Ottawa or Montreal, there are several routes you can take. Once you pass Bloomfield, heading toward Wellington on Loyalist Parkway (HWY 33) we are on your right just after the three Silo's. You can't miss the distinctive red barn.

Is there a back up for the ceremony if it rains?
Yes! With every wedding we include the sheepshead, which fits 150 guests and offers certainty for your ceremony, regardless of the weather that day. But if the weather is nice, you have your choice of several beautiful outdoor locations.
Do you Cater?
Yes. Our in house chef, Chef Aurora, does menu's from $75 per person to $115 per person depending how involved you want the meal to be.
Do you have waterfront for ceremonies?
Yes! New to 2026, we have a beautiful west facing, 6 acre, waterfront property, directly across the road. There is an additional fee for waterfront ceremonies as we have to utilize golf carts and staff to guide guests for the hour before and after the ceremony.
Do you have a gold cart of vehicle for elderly guests?
Yes, we have several, but usually use the golf cart limo, which holds 8 passengers.
