For more than 20 years, the Chalet des Érables has welcomed couples to celebrate the biggest day of their lives. Over the years, the wedding and event planning department has grown and developed a high-end offer. With its decor rental partner under the same roof, it is possible for our lovers to obtain an all-in-one celebration easily: floristry, personalized decorations, event planning and same-day coordination. Did you know that a large part of our clientele comes simply from referrals? … And we are very proud of it! Three breathtaking locations for a memorable ceremony Whether it’s for a religious, civil, or personalized ceremony, we reserve the location for a duration of 1h30 hours. You can choose from several time slots throughout the day: 1:00 PM (for couples desiring a ceremony only), 2:30 PM, 4:00 PM, and 5:30 PM. You will need to provide your own officiant. In case of rain, your coordinator will offer options, such as relocating the ceremony to another available location or moving it to your reception hall. For an official Plan B in one of the ceremony locations, additional rental fees will apply. A basic decoration package is included in our prices: white drape, furniture such as chairs and a signing table, greenery and flowers depending on the location chosen, as well as a sound system and microphone.
