The room was more spacious than expected with flowers on every table even for our casual afternoon drinks event. Staff on the day helpful & proactive with anticipating our needs. The guests spilled out onto the deck with kids having a ball in the sand. The sunset perfectly capped off a successful function.Every interaction to organise our function was a pleasure. Andrea & her team were professional, friendly and flexible as the numbers evolved. The room was more spacious than expected with flowers on every table even for our casual afternoon drinks event. Staff on the day helpful & proactive with anticipating our needs. The guests spilled out onto the deck with kids having a ball in the sand. The sunset perfectly capped off a successful function.

Sasha and Andrea were amazing at coordinating and managing our event and were able to answer any questions promptly and no request seemed to hard they were able to accommodate almost anything. The guests all commented on how beautiful the food was on the night and the backdrop with sunset and the kite surfs was phenomenal.We recently got married at West Beach Pavilion and had the most perfect ceremony on the sand!
