Reception Under the Stars and Trees- Covered Deck – A spacious, elevated deck weaves around living trees adorned with fairy lights, creating an enchanting canopy for your reception.
- Dance Pavilion – A dedicated indoor dance room adjacent to the deck ensures late-night celebrations continue rain or shine.
- BBQ and Kitchen Area – A generous communal BBQ station and catering kitchen allow for flexible dining styles.

Our wedding turned out to be a rainy day and the staff at the Oasis did everything they could to make sure our wedding went smoothly, all our guests could not stop raving about how perfect everything was. Do all packages include accommodation?
Our weekend packages do include two nights accommodation. We find this is the best way for you and your guests to enjoy a relaxed and completely memorable wedding and stay in stunning Port Stephens which has so much to see and do. It is truly an incredible region that is immersed in nature.
We do however offer mid week and Winter options for those who would prefer to use Oasis for a wedding only.
Can you BYO drinks?
Yes you can. We are fully licensed but you can hire our bar and RSA staff and bring your own drinks. Some limits apply to spirits to ensure all guests make it safely to the end of the night!
Do we have to pay for the accommodation included or do our guests ?
Couples typically charge their guests for the accommodation included in the package, but that is up to you!
What is there to do in Port Stephens? Can we get suggestions for a weekend itinerary?
Absolutely! We would be happy to offer suggestions to craft an absolutely unforgettable wedding weekend agenda that takes in the best Port Stephens has to offer from dolphin watching to quad biking to incredible beaches and restaurants. Be warned though, there is a lot of options so you may need more time!
How far is The Oasis from Sydney?
It is 2 hours from Hornsby
Can we book onsite treatments and saunas, yoga classes etc
Yes absolutely! We would be happy to help you with that at our purpose built onsite wellness centre.
How far is The Oasis from the beach?
The Oasis is 650m flat walk from beautiful One Mile beach. This beach is fully patrolled.
Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
Yes absolutely. Our chef will work with you on any dietary requirements.
Is there a honeymoon suite at The Oasis?
Yes! We have two premium hot tub cabins (hot tubs optional) for our couples to use as bridal suites. You can use these cabins to get ready, or use the wellness centre rooms for an extra $400 fee.
Can you have cocktails at The Oasis?
Yes! We have a cocktail mixer that can serve up to two pre mixed cocktails. There is a small extra charge for this mixer.
