Do you have accommodation on site?
Certainly! We offer 9 domes on-site that are available for booking on your wedding day. For more details, please refer to page 19 or find further information on our website at www.luxurydomes.com.au
What are the arrangements if there is rain or extreme heat preventing the ceremony from being held outdoors?
For all outdoor ceremony bookings, our Outlook Marquee is reserved as a contingency plan in the event of rain or extreme heat. If your reception is located in the Marquee your ceremony will take place in front of the bridal table and guests will be seated in their arranged seating for reception.
Are we allowed to bring in outside caterers or provide our own alcohol?
We do not allow external caterers on our premises. Furthermore, in accordance with our liquor license regulations, we cannot permit outside alcohol to be brought onto the premises. Should you have any specific beverage requests, please don't hesitate to contact us.
What are the transportation options to reach the venue, and is there parking AVAILABLE on-site?
Russo Estate is not accessible via public transport directly - the closest train station is Diggers Rest. We have a large car-park suitable for all vehicles including buses. You can also reach us easily through rideshare apps.
