Immerse in the Yarra Valley

Yes! You will have an assigned Immerse Wedding Coordinator from the time you arrive on the day until after your ceremony. They are there to ensure that your vendors are where they need to be and will set up your reception tables with our included décor as well as any small personal items you have provided such as place cards and wedding favours. They will then hand over to a Wedding Supervisor who will be there for the entire evening, ensuring your reception runs seamlessly, and you have everything you need! We encourage all our couples to steal 5-10 minutes away from the excitement of the day. This one-on-one time is essential in allowing you the opportunity to appreciate not only one another but also the love & laughter you are surrounded by.

If the heavens open, we’ve got you covered! Gain complete peace of mind with weather-protected ceremony spaces. Walk down the aisle in the warm, timber-lined Vineyard Chapel, where a magnificent floor-to-ceiling glass altar frames the valley like a living painting, or share your vows in the undercover Garden Chapel, open to fresh country breezes and views over our beautiful ornamental lake .

The photographic options at Immerse are endless! Photographers say our vineyard offers some of the best 'golden hour' photo opportunities in the Valley Slip away together into a natural portrait loop at every turn. Capture memories on a weathered wooden bridge over a glassy lake, share a quiet laugh on a charming gazebo swing, and walk between endless rows of vines as the golden hour sun sinks behind the distant peaks.Wander through paths lined with fragrant purple lavender, winding wisteria, weeping willows, and blooming pink roses. Home to over 2,000 rose bushes, Immerse boasts one of the largest rose gardens in the state, offering a stunning connection to the natural beauty of the Yarra Valley.We often get asked which is the best photo spot. Of course is a personal choice but nothing can surpass the 360 degree views of the Yarra Valley which you can access from the top of our property. Absolutely breathtaking!

We do have a beautiful Wedding Suite onsite which you can access from 11.00am on the day to get ready and take photos with your photographer! If you hire our Wedding Suite, you will also receive complimentary access to our Barrel Room between 9am – 11am, allowing you earlier access to begin hair and make up.

We opened in 2003 and started to concentrate on running weddings around 2008. For almost 20 years we've been providing couples with their dream day. Over that time we've learned what works and what doesn't and you get to benefit from that experience.

No, we proudly offer exclusive use of the entire estate for you and your guests from the start of your ceremony! Keep in mind, we do run a lunch service on weekends and we may host private functions during the day, but once your ceremony commences we guarantee that the venue is all yours!

All 20 of our accommodation rooms are reserved for you to allocate to your friends and family – and yourselves of course! We will not make any bookings for the accommodation rooms onsite; each of the rooms are left for you to assign to guests! You are welcome to use as many or as little of the rooms as you would like.

Our reception space is wheelchair accessible with ramp access on two sides of the venue. We do also have an accessible restroom in the reception space and a fully accessible accommodation room.
