Goolawah is about being outdoors, giving the vibes of festival like celebrations and good times, We know you want your big day to be totally yours, so we let you take the reigns with styling and catering. We have a large list of vendors that we recommend from the area, so that you spend less time searching and more time planning!

At the venue, music is allowed until midnight. 

The venue is pet-friendly and allows you to bring a jumping castle, bucking bull or extras you fancy.

HOW BIG IS THE PAVILION & COURTYARD? IS IT WEATHER TIGHT?

The pavilion space is 12.5 X 9.1 = 114 sq mtrs. Around the perimeter of the deck we have, Zip track/ drop down blinds, creating a weather tight and cosy space for you to enjoy on those unpleasant evenings.

CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN CATERING / FOOD TRUCKS & ALCOHOL VENDOR?

Absolutely! We are thrilled to provide you with a list of fantastic local vendors that come highly recommended. However, if you have a specific vendor in mind, feel free to bring them along!

HOW ABOUT A JUMPING CASTLE OR BUCKING BULL? IS THAT ALLOWED?

It sure is! The beauty of Goolawah is that we give you the freedom to design your dream wedding with minimal restrictions. We want you to have a blast, and savour every moment of your incredible weekend of celebrations.

WHAT IS YOUR CURFEW & NOISE RESTRICTIONS?

We are thrilled to offer you the opportunity to party well into the night at our venue. Your band or DJ can keep the music going until midnight, ensuring that your wedding is a night to remember once your band or DJ have finished you can still continue to party and enjoy your night we just ask that music is on a small bluetooth device.

DO YOU ALLOW CAMPING?

We can allow a maximum of 5 caravans & 4 camp sites, this allows you to maximise the number of guests staying on site.

CAN WE HAVE A RECOVERY DAY?

The best thing about Goolawah is we provide you with exclusive hire of our property for 3 nights/ 4 days. We want you to continue the celebrations with your loved ones. We have a Bbq, Urn and a Kitchen full of bits and pieces to make organisation of your recovery brunch just that tad bit easier.

DO WE NEED TO BRING IN A COOL ROOM, PORTA LOOS, SKIP BIN?

We take care of everything for you! Our facility includes a cool room and skip bin right on site. No need to worry about porta loos because we have three bathrooms conveniently located at the pavilion.

CAN WE BRING OUR FUR BABIES?

Absolutely, we love it when couples bring along their fur babies to join in the festivities.

CAN WE ONLY BOOK 2 NIGHTS?

We believe that your wedding celebration should last longer than just one day, which is why our package includes 3 nights / 4 days. This extended time allows you to fully immerse yourself in the joy of being surrounded by your loved ones. It gives you the chance to truly unwind, relax and savour every moment of your special weekend.
