CAN I HAVE LIVE MUSIC?

The venue is located on our private estate, so music is very welcome! For the courtesy of our neighbours the dance floor & loud music is permitted inside the Reception building.

WHAT IS YOUR ALL WEATHER OPTION?

We have a pergola with drop down clear blinds, so you can see the vineyards and beautiful grounds during your ceremony.

WHEN DO I OR MY VENDORS HAVE ACCESS TO THE VENUE?

Suppliers and couples are welcome to bump in from 9:00am the morning of your wedding.

DO YOU HAVE ONSITE PARKING?

We have ample parking available.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND ALCOHOL?

We are a fully licensed venue and caterer, if you would like something specific let us know and we will endeavor to make it happen.

WHAT TIME WILL MY FUNCTION FINISH?

To comply with our Liquor Licensing, Monday - Saturday music and bar service will conclude by 11:30pm with the venue closing to guests by 11:59, Sundays bar service will conclude by 10:00pm.

DO I NEED TO COLLECT MY ITEMS AT THE END OF NIGHT?

We ask that the contents of your wishing well and Gifts are taken with you. Our team will happily gather and store your items ready for collection, the following morning between 9:00am and 10:00am.

CAN I EXTEND MY BEVERAGE PACKAGE?

Certainly, we offer a range of extensions past your inclusions on packages. On request our team can supply you with our Tailored Experience options.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS?

To secure your date we will create a contract of sale and require a $2,500 deposit. 90 days out from your wedding date a 50% instalment will be requested and Final payment will be due 30 days out from your wedding date.

Our friendly team will check in with you along the way to offer guidance and support.

WHEN IS A FINAL MEETING?

We hold final meeting 8-10 weeks out from your wedding date, this is where your coordinator will run through "Your Wedding Day" document we supplied you at booking.
